Warranty Policy And Information

1. T&C for warranty that does not cover

Water damage ( even waterproof model )
Drop damage
Warranty sticker broken or been removed
Screen cracked
Repair or open by third party
ID lock / forgot password

All warranty claims must accompanied by shop’s official tax invoice/receipt/proof of purchase – it can be a photocopy or the original. The shop reserves the right to reject the warranty claim in the event of failure to produce ant form of proof of purchase.

 

All Smartphones sell at AMG World are Original set sold and authorised by Premium Brand with Official Store !

Warranty coverage, policy and it’s length follows as what set by it’s principal. Customer can send all their purchased original set direct to authorized service center for warranty request purpose. Otherwise, AMG World customer can bring to our service center and we will help send the item to the authorize service center based on our schedule.

And only repair or service at Our Store.
