Return and Exchange
AMG World will exchange the Product for you, provided that Products are found defective within 7 calendar days from the date when you receive the Products with in good condition.
Requirements for Return and Exchange
You shall return the product with all the accessories in the original package. It is recommended that you check whether the product and accessories are complete, the packing box is complete, and the invoice is without altered before returning the product.
For new products
New product is refundable once only when received fake item or item lost

Return a new unit *subject to hardware issues (not covered if human damage by customers).
Software issues will not entitle for exchange

For Old / SecondHand products
Second hand / used product is refundable once only when received fake item or item lost , Warranty void does not cover if
Water damage(even waterproof)
Screen crack
Drop damage
Lcd pressure damage
Been repaired by others third party technician
